Per ESCSB ethical standards, staff hold credentials appropriate to their positions and maintain their licenses and certifications in order to be knowledgeable of current trends and practices in behavioral healthcare. All team members are trained in and expected to protect the human rights, dignity, and confidentiality of all individuals receiving services.

The ESCSB’s slogan, written and voted on by staff, is:

"Person to person, meeting the Shore’s behavioral and developmental healthcare needs."

With this and our mission in mind, we continue to serve Accomack and Northampton counties as we have since 1971.
