Case Management
Developmental Services

Case Management is a service which allows individuals to have someone who can advocate for them and assist in coordinating the services they want and need. These staff maintain contact with each person on a regular basis and address concerns and issues as they arise.

Case Management is an integral part of the service system and in fact, many services cannot be accessed without a case manager being involved.
